S--This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. Estimated cost of requirement is between $5,000.00 and $10,000.00 for specified period of one year and four possible option years for this location. Work consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the U. S. Armed Forces Recruiting Station located at 30 East Main Street, Suite #102, Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The ser vices shall be rendered in strict accordance with the statement of work/specifications included in the request for quotations bid package. The services are to be rendered two days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, except federal holidays between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 5:00 p.m.. The period of performance shall be 01 April 2008 through 30 September 2008 with four possible option years through 2012. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests f or this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package in an electronic format, free of charge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)--a one time registration process for vendors/contractors--Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to: https://www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
