The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 561720 with a small business size standard of an average annual receipts of the preceding three fiscal years of not to exceed $15.0 million, including worldwide affili ates. Place of performance is U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Offices, Philadelphia, PA area (1 location total). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
