The Solicitation is amended. The due date for the solicitation is now 4 PM on March 28, 2008. Additionally, the following corrections are made to the FAR clauses referenced in the Solicitation: FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items should be (Feb 2008) instead of (Dec 2007); Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities should be 52.222-37 instead of 252.222-37; Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans should be 52.225-1 instead of 52.225-3; and Buy American Act-Supplies should be 52.225-5 instead of 52.222-5. All other information in the solicitation remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
