Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary to Provide Home Oxygen supplies and services to the beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Erie, PA. Services will/may be required in the following counties: Pa counties - Erie, McKean, Warren, Venango NY counties - Jamestown, Dunkirk. Ohio counties - Geneva, Conneaut, Ashtabula Contract period is one bade year plus four 1 year renewal options.
