Description

Peace Corps intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Vanguard Building L.P. c/o Axent Realty Group, 7811 Montrose Road, Suite 500, Potomac, MD 20854. The proposed contract is to lease the parking garage in the building located at 1111 20th Street NW, Washington DC. Vanguard Building L.P. is the sole owner of both the parking garage and building located at 1111 20th Street NW Washington, DC which Peace Corps occupies. The proposed action is to award a firm-fixed price contract with a base period of one year plus nine (9) one-year option periods. The period of performance, if all options are exercised is 1 June 2008 through 31 May 2018. The proposed action shall be conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 {10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)}Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
