Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command Acquisition Center intends to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order in support of the Security Assistance Management Directorates Foreign Military Sales Program. The order will be issued to Sikorsky Aircra ft Corporation, Stratford, CT and CMC Electronics Inc., Saint Laurent, Canada for effort to repair and rebuild one converter, signal data. The proposed contract action will be issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). No solicitation is avai lable for issuance and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
