Description

The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Teledyne RISI, 32727 Corral Hollow Road, Tracy, CA, to provide Control Unit and Firing Module for Electronic Bridge Wire Firing System. The contemplated award amount is significantly less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 325920 and the size is 750 employees. Interested persons ma y identify their interest and capability to respnd to the requirement or submit proposals. This data must be sufficient enough to allow the government to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements. Responses to this notice must be receiv ed no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, March 28, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
