Description

The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge on a rental basis for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material within any combination of the following Dredging Regions: Atchafalaya Riv er in the vicinity of Berwick Bay Harbor, Berwick Lock Forebay, Tidewater Point, 20 Grand Point, GIWW vicinity of Mile 99, Wax Lake Outlet, Port Allen Lock Forebay, Three Rivers, Baton Rouge Harbor (Devils Swamp), and Old River Lock Forebay. Work may be r equired in other areas of the New Orleans District. The estimated value of this work is between $1 million and $5 million. The solicitation will issue on or about 30 November 2007 and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code is: 237990.
