Description

The Government intends to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract (IDC) with a basic period of performance of a base year with four option years for Roof Repairs/Replacement at Andrews Air Force Base, MD. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and perform all operations necessary to provide repair services and new construction to include, but not limited to, the following roofing systems: Built-Up Roofing (BURS), Standing Seam Metal Roofing (SSMR), Strip Shingles Roofing (SSR), and Modified Bitumen Sheet Roofing (MBSR).
