Description

The Contractor shall deliver, pick up, provide, install, service, repair, clean and provide storage for durable medical equipment to eligible VA beneficiaries as required by the VA Medical Center, Sheridan, WY for Base Year and Four Option Years. The Contractor must possess all licenses, permits, accreditation and certificates as required by law. The DME Contractor must meet standards according to Joint Commission Accredited (JCAHO) requirements.
