This is a modification to the synopsis entitled SPACE TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - STRAD which was posted on March 17, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: Draft RFP has been posted. NOTE - INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE AND TOUR IS INCLUDED IN SECTION L.4 OF THE DRAFT RFP The due date for responses is extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
