Description

NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Divison (TSD) intends to award a sole source contract to TSM Corporation,7622 Bartlett Cor Dr, STE101, Bartlett, TN 38133-0000,in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. TSM Corporation is a small business. The Government has a requirement for a follow-on requirement for engineering services. The Contractor shall provide engineering expertise to the MPT Systems Engineer. The Contractor shall provide engineering expertise to the MPT Systems Engineer to conduct research analysis and evaluate viable technologies and implementation options for the development of EFV training programs, devices and simulations. The contractor shall investigate the requirements and design options and provide the necessary analytical and engineering expertise to identify viable training components for EFV Survivability Modeling and Simulation. The tasks to be accomplished include participation and Integrated Product Teams (IPT?s) to develop specifications, statements of work and development plans for various training systems under the cognizance of the MPT SE including EFV embedded training. The contractor shall execute the necessary access agreements with various PM AAA contractors to obtain access to proprietary material in performance of the SOW. The contractor shall consider the results of the Front End Analysis process and courseware development process in identifying and investigating training system development approaches. The contractor shall provide program meeting and review support. The research shall be completed and the Technical Report delivered within 180 days after contract award.
