Description

Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) has a requirement for two (2) 25-foot enclosed gooseneck trailers. Western will award one contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a commercial item acquisition i/a/w FAR Part 12. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 336212 or 336999 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes/RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about March 22, 2008. Quotes may be mailed, e-mailed, or submitted electronically. Quotes will be evaluated based upon the criteria stated in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Quotes are due by 3:00 PM Central Time on Monday, April 14, 2008.
