THIS IS ONLY THE ADVANCED NOTICE. THE SOLICITATION INCLUDING ALL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE POSTED AFTER APRIL 7, 2008 FOR THE REQUIRED RENTAL OF THE EQUIPMENT GENERALLY DESCRIBED BELOW. NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This will be a small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 532412 Size Standard: $6.0M Purpose: Denali National Park and Preserve requires the rental of two (2) each Terex TA-40 (40 ton) Articulated Dump or Ejector Trucks or equal (Volvo or Caterpillar). The duration of the equipment rental shall be 30 calendar days starting on 14 June 2008 thru 13 Jul 2008 As part of the contract the trucks shall be delivered to the Teklanika Rest stop at Mile 30.3 on the Park road in Denali National Park and Preserve, Alaska. ALL VENDORS WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AN AWARD BEING MADE.
