Description

This announcement constitutes notice of the Government?s intent to issue Solicitation Number FA4801-08-R-0010, as a Request For Proposal (RFP). Anticipated award to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The proposed contract is for a basic period of eight (8) months and four (4) one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of 1 May, 2008. The Solicitation, which will include the PWS, Wage Determination, Estimated Quantities, and Past Performance Questionnaire will be posted on or about 26 March 2008 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-24. This acquisition will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488991 with a size standard of $23.5 M. This requirement will be solicited under FAR Part 12 utilizing commercial acquisition procedures. The evaluation of quotations will use Past Performance and Price as equal to achieve a best value award. All responsible small business contractors are encouraged to participate. AWARD WILL NOT BE MADE TO INDIVIDUAL OR MULTIPLE AREAS. THIS AWARD WILL BE ALL OR NONE. All amendments will be posted to this same location. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any and all amendments. DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL, OR FAX. The response date is tenatively set for 9 Apr 2008.
