Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of potential businesses that are qualified to provide the acquisition of Ambulance Services. The Contractor will furnish Basic Life Support (BLS) and inter-facility BLS and Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services in accordance with all terms and conditions of this contract. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation to the Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta Arizona.
