Description

The U.S. Department of Energy's Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) intends to award a sole source, follow-on contract to the Arkansas Natural Resource Commission for the continued collection and study of dissolved oxygen data at selected sites below Bull Shoals and Norfork lakes in northern Arkansas. The proposed contract is for a base period of one (1) year and four (4) option periods of one (1) year each. The applicable NAICS code is 541620, and the small business size standard is $6,500,000.00. The proposed period of performance, to include all option periods, is May 1, 2008, through April 30, 2013. The estimated total value to include the base all option periods is $470,000.00. The draft Statement of Work as well as the draft Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition are attached to this announcement.
