Description

Antelope Herbicide Spraying: The purpose of this contract is secure service for herbicide spraying (Tordon22K) on previously cut wildlife openings. "The spraying of seedlings and re-sprouts will require the use of 2 quarts of Tordon 22K for each acre treated." Contractor shall designate the previous cut areas to treat and improve wildlife openings to improve winter mule deer habitat. To accomplish this, it is necessary to treat with herbicide on Pinon/Juniper up to 6 feet height class and below. The contractor shall furnish Tordon 22K, suffocate, and blue dye, all tools, equipment; safety equipment such as Hardhats, eye protection, and any other safety equipment for application of the herbicide safely. The contractor shall provide materials, supplies, labor, supervision, workman?s compensation, unemployment insurance, and transportation necessary to accomplish the thinning project. The smaller re-sprouts shall be totally sprayed and the larger ones must be thoroughly sprayed up one side and down the other, and circle the base of the tree.
