Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Industrial Research Institute (IRI) Inc, Arlington, VA, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting From a Single Source, to renew annual institutional affiliate level membership to the Industrial Research Institute. This is a sole source requirement as the contractor is the only designated source for the federal research laboratories in the Americas for renewing the membership.
