Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Personal Healthcare service purchase order for a Public Health Nurse to provide services at the Rapid City PHS, IHS Hospital, Rapid City, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from Date of Award through September 30, 2008 or 1400 hours; whichever comes first. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or fax, please provide the postal mailing address to mail the RFQ package to. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be March 24, 2008. The closing date of the RFQ package is April 11, 2008.
