Description

This is a special notice for establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.101 METHODS OF DISSEMINATING INFORMATION. This draft BPA is provided to all interested vendors who can provide Protestant Religious Education Coordinator service. Vendors should submit their pricing and terms for Protestant Religious Education Coordinator service by 4 PM EST. 30 Mar 2008. Proposals should be provided on the Form DD 1155. Upon review and evaluation, a BPA will be awarded. The period of performance is 1 April 2008 through 30 September 2012. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 8661, business size of 6.5 million and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 813110. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The draft BPA will be issued electronically on or about 24 March 2008 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax 321-494-2706, or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR ANY REASON.
