Description

The objective of the project is to gather vegetation information from plots established in stands on the Malheur National Forest using the U.S. Forest Service Common Stnad Exam Protocols, using an electronic portable data recorder to collect the data and GPS unit to navigate to pre-located plots in subwatersheds. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, (except for those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals for stand exams on the Malheur National Forest. This project is estimated to be less than $100,000 and will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code will be 115310 and the size standard will be $6.5 million.
