The purpose of this BAA modification is to clarify the following three administrative matters: 1. On page 9, Contracting Points of Contact, make the following changes: a.) Change the phone number for Capt Wodochek FROM: (505) 846-7197 TO: (505) 846-9288 b.) Change contact information for Michael Barger FROM: "The Contract Administrator for the BAA is Mike Barger, SDTW/PK, Kirtland AFB, NM, (505) 853-8353; E-mail: Mike.barger@Kirtland.af.mil" TO: TRI Contract Specialist: Michael Barger, SDTW/PK, Kirtland AFB, (505) 853-4267; E-mail: Michael.barger@kirtland.af.mil c.) Add the following: Contract Specialist: James (Jim) Swartz, SDTW/PK, (505) 846-7878, james.swartz@kirtland.af.mil 2. Clarification: Reference page 15, Section III, Additional Information, Volume II, Cost Proposal - {No Page Limit}, paragraph 1(c): Change paragraph 1(c) to read: If you are submitting a proposal, other than a Firm Fixed Price proposal, you must submit a copy of your cost proposal to your cognizant Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) office upon submission of your cost proposal. 3. Clarification: A reminder, Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) information is not included in the page count limits.
