Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) in order to participate in the HACU summer internship program. Participation is in accordance with Executive Order 13171, specifically Section 2 (g), and the Office of Personnel Management's Nine-Point Plan, specifically point #4. This posting is not a request for proposals or quotes but serves as notice of the intent of the PBGC to make an award without full and open competition. Technically capable vendors may submit their qualifications for review by the closing date of this Special Notice which is on April 15, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. Send your qualifications electronically to johnson.dean@pbgc.gov.
