(11) A. Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. The Army Research Laboratory [ARL] requires thirty-nine (39) quantum grade diamond samples for quantum sensing and timing. These samples shall achieve long dephasing times, uniformity, and varied nitrogen vacancy center densities.
