The VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 has a requirement for Home Oxygen Services. The North American Industry Code (NAIC) is 621610. The contractor will be required to provide complete Home Oxygen deliveries, equipment (rental and set-up), accessories, respiratory therapy services, and patient education for direct delivery to VA beneficiaries residing throughout a seven (7) county area of Southeastern Pennsylvania as scheduled by the Coatesville VA Medical Center. Contract potential is for the base period of one year (on or about June 1, 2008) with three one-year renewal options (contracts are subject to the availability of funds). Electronic solicitations will be available from the Internet at www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov on or about April 22, 2008. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Interested parties are required to submit prices and clear and convincing data sustaining their qualifications to satisfy this service. Offers are due by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 22, 2008 and shall be mailed to the Contracting Officer (542/90C); VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. All requests for additional information must be in writing and addressed to Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST) by April 30, 2008. Response to request for information will be posted on the Internet on or about May 6, 2008. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
