Statement of Work (SOW) Instructions to offerors and evaluation procedures This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B01C18Q00000237 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires Contractor support services for the fueling/refueling of CBP assets during disaster/emergency operations. This includes diesel and unleaded gasoline, bulk fuel management, and fuel quality assurance services for emergency operations at CBP facilities located in the Southeast U.S. and the Caribbean. See the attached Statement of Work for details of the requirement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS code 424710, with a small business size standard of 200 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov All questions concerning this solicitation must be addressed by e-mail to GARY.R.ROBERTSON@cbp.dhs.gov no later than August 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All offers must be provided in electronic format. The offer due date is August 31, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and shall be submitted to GARY.R.ROBERTSON@cbp.dhs.gov.
