Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Pennsylvania City:Harrisburg Delineated Area: North: Linglestown Road (PA-39) West: Colonial Club Road South: I-81 East: US-22 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,742 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,378 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):10 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Surface):10 Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Additional Requirements: •Subleases are not acceptable •Space must be contiguous on one floor •Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. •Loading area with easy access to building Tenant Improvement Allowance: •Existing Leased Space: $25.00 per ABOA SF •Other Locations Offered: $58.43 per ABOA SF Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than August 30, 2018 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: • Building name and address; • Location of space in the building and date of availability; • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF; • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF; • Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; • Ceiling height details throughout offered space; • Evidence of ability to meet the required occupancy date of February 2020; • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received which also must be submitted prior to the Expression of Interest Due Date.
