Standard Form 18 - Request For Quote - NOT AN ORDER. Interested parties are to use this worksheet to provide pricing information. Complete this worksheet by supplying contact information and details for previous projects similar to this one. Statement of Work (SOW) for this project. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Portable Restroom Rental and Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20105585 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-98. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this procurement are 562991 with a small business size standard of $7.5M. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) lists the location and requirements of this service. Services are for the US Border Patrol, Tucson Sector. The Tucson Sector has several check points and remote locations throughout Southern Arizona. The anticipated contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a base period of one year with four (4) additional option periods consisting of one year each. Please pay close attention to the locations and quantities identified in the attached SOW. Offerors will use the attached Standard Form SF 18 and include it with their complete proposal package. Each offer will be evaluated independently, only complete packages will be evaluated. Offers must meet or exceed the requirements stated in the attached SOW. The following information is required in order for an Offerors bid to be deemed responsive and to be considered for award. Complete packages will consist of the following attachments, and include a brief history of the offerors work history. If applicable, a question and answer document showing the answers to all questions received in a timely manner will be uploaded as an attachment to the solicitation.
