2.1 SF 1449 Schedule of Supplies and Services Whistle Blower Information Technical Quotation Information Packet Business Quotation Information Sheet Statement of Work, September 2017 SF 1449 Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health, and sex offender treatment services within a 10 mile radius of the Gaston County Courthouse at 325 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Suite 1004, Gastonia, NC 28052, and should be a.5 mile walk from community-based transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on August 1, 2018 with nine (9) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on July 31, 2028.
