This requirement specifically includes the provisions of academics, vocational training, social skills, career development training, post-center career transition services, and related support services for an estimated 1022 students (1022 residential, 0 non-residential). The contractor shall operate residential quarters (housing) and provide services to all students, as applicable. This requirement is for the operation of the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center located in Morganfield, KY.
