This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS &IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440) is procuring Electrical Hull Penetrator repair through full and open competition, commercial supply firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The supply item (AN/WSQ-9(V) 2 EHP) will be shipped to vendors facility by the government for overhaul; and the fully refurbished EHP will be shipped back to Government. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 3:00 P.M. Pacific on February 09, 2018; any award resulting from this RFP will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
