**AMENDMENT** - Upload SIR Purpose of Announcement: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Flight Program Operations, has a requirement for aircraft cleaning and servicing of lavatories. The FAA contemplates a single award of an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year and four (4) separate one-year option periods, if exercised. This solicitation/request for offer is full and open competition. The NAICS code for this effort is 561720 for "Aircraft Janitorial Services" with a size standard of $18 Million. Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR/RFO. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR/RFO. Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. local time CST (Central Time Zone), 13 February 2018, and must be electronically submitted to Contract Specialist, Janice Hammonds at Janice.hammonds@faa.gov or by mail to P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, OK 73125. Offerors may also deliver their proposal to 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, MPB #24 Room 313, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The following information must be listed either in the subject line of the email or on the label of the proposal: SIR/RFO 6973GH-18-R-00072. If all requested information is not furnished in the offerors proposal, the offerors proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for contract award. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. Any questions pertaining to this SIR/RFO should be sent in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO) at Janice.hammonds@faa.gov within fourteen (14) calendar days of the release of the SIR.
