This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, DC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to award a sole source contract under authority of FAR 8.405-6(1)(i)(C) to MeasureOne Inc. 100 Broadway, San Francisco, CA 94111 for CFPB MeasureOne Data and Analytics Services. The contract will consist of a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods to be procured on a Firm Fixed Price basis. MeasureOne provides summary-level data in the "Securities Insight" and the "Private Student Loan Market Size & Volume Reports" that supports and exceeds data currently provided to CLRC. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). No solicitation documents are available, however parties who believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement are encouraged to submit a statement of capabilities to Contracting Officer Catherine Palmer by email at Catherine.palmer@cfpb.gov. The Government will not pay for any information received and the information will only be used by the Government in considering whether or not to conduct a competitive acquisition.
