Performance Work Statement Child and Youth Care Services DRAFT THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY; THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to assist Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (Fort Dix) in determining the potential level of interest, adequacy of competition and technical capabilities within industry to provide Child and Youth Care Services in support to the 99th Regional Support Commands Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is Attachment 001 to this announcement with further details. This Sources Sought is solely intended to obtain Market Research information in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and it assists to formulate an acquisition strategy for procurement of these critical services. Work to be performed under this firm-fixed-price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 624410, Child Day Care Services with size stand standard of $7.5 Million. Requirements includes child and youth services for a minimum of 75 children. The lodging contractor(s) responsible for hosting the Yellow Ribbon Events (to be determined) shall provide the child and youth care rooms. One firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery type award is anticipated. Responses should include the following: 1. Reference Sources Sought number, W15QKN-18-R-1010 2. All responses from prospective offerors should include the vendor name, return email address, CAGE code, DUNS number, mailing address, telephone number and point of contact within the body of the response. 3. Business size (large or small) and socioeconomic status (i.e. HUBZone small business, EDWOSB, WOSB, 8(a) business, etc.) 4. Capability Statement stating skills, experience, knowledge and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. Capability Statement should address the following: a. Hiring Methodology b. Maximum number of children the vendor is capable of providing care for in an 8-hour period. c. Safety and Emergency Procedures d. Sample Activity Agenda for age groups 0-24 months, 25-35 months, 3-5 years old and 6-12 years old. 5. Proof of licensure and/or childcare registration within the vendors state of business. If licensure and/or state childcare registration is not applicable, please an exemption by citing the applicable state code/regulation. Respondents are requested to provide a narrative addressing (1) technical capabilities to meet the requirements with specific emphasis on the Tasks in the PWS and (2) potential level of interest in responding to a solicitation as a prime contractor. The Government encourages submission of any additional comments or recommendations for improving the PWS. We welcome your participation to make this acquisition effective and efficient. This Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), a commitment to issue an RFP in the future or award a contract for these services. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay or reimburse costs for any information provided in response to this Sources Sought.
