Contractors shall use this attachment to formulate their respective presentations. The 60 th Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the 60 th Medical Group, is hosting an Industry Day for the David Grant Medical Center Laundry Services requirement on 16 Nov 2017. The industry day will be held at David Grant Medical Center on Travis Air Force Base, CA. The purpose of the industry day is to provide an opportunity for companies to ask questions in an open forum as well as one-on-one session with the multi-functional team. This industry day will allow for all interested vendors to participate in a site visit that identifies the processes currently in place for the laundry services and will clearly identify the requirement owners salient needs. A question and answer session will be conducted at the cessation of the site visit to provide clarity to all interested vendors on the requirement. For this segment of the Industry Day, questions and answers presented will be recorded and posted. Following the site visit and Q&A session, each contractor will then be able to have a prearranged one-on-one session, scheduled at the time of registration, to speak specifically with the multi-functional team on their respective capability to meet the requirement. At this time, no other interested vendor will be able to participate as to protect any proprietary that may be presented. Accordingly, information will NOT be treated as proprietary unless specifically identified as such; please be aware that identifying information as "proprietary" may preclude them from being incorporated into the final solicitation. Each contractor will be allotted an hour for presentation, consisting of a 30 minute period to provide the suggested solution and a 30 minute question and answer session addressing the suggested solution. Registration Instructions: Interested participants must pre-register for the Industry Day via tricia.keene@us.af.mil. E-mail subject line should read "DGMC Laundry Service Industry Day Registration". Please submit the following information for each individual no later than close of business 6 Nov 2017 to pre-register for Industry Day. A maximum of three (3) individuals per company will be permitted to register/attend. Telephone requests will not be accepted. 1. Individual attendees full name 2. Individual attendees e-mail address 3. Company name 4. Company Cage Code 5. Indicate your Company size (large or small business) 6. Telephone number 7. U.S. Federal or state issued photo ID card required at Industry Day check-in 8. Do you wish to have your company name included on a list of attendees to be distributed to Industry Day attendees? One-on-One Session Instructions: Optional one-on-one sessions will be available; requests must be submitted during registration. One-on-One sessions will be a maximum of 60 minutes and may consist of a presentation by the requesting organization to include company background and ideas/questions/concerns meeting the laundry requirements. All presentation materials must be provided via email NLT 14 Nov 2017. Question Submittal Instructions: Prior to Industry day, please be advised that you may submit questions regarding the DGMC Laundry Service Industry Day via e-mail tricia.keene@us.af.mil NLT 6 Nov 2017. Use the following format for your question submittals: 1. E-mail subject line should read "DGMC Laundry Service Industry Day Question" 2. Submit questions in an organized manner directly in the e-mail text. Label each question with a general subject matter reference. 3. Keep questions brief and to the point. 4. Do not send information marketing a companys capabilities. An opportunity to submit written questions will also be provided during Industry Day. This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Day.
