Description

The U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Space Superiority Systems Wing (SYSW) announces the release of the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Counterspace Command and Control (C2) Sustainment Contract on or about 8 April 2008. Interested parties must be registered with FedTeDS website in order to view the Unclassified Final RFP. Responses from small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged; NAICS 541330 size standard is $4.5M. In order to receive the Classified Final RFP, validated potential primes must have TS/SCI SSBI cleared personnel and a SCIF approved by SYSW/AS IAW DCID 6/9. If not completed, please submit Fix Facility Checklist (FFC), CONOPS and PARs to Mr. Crafton (310) 416-1591, gerald.crafton@losangeles.af.mil. The Classified Final RFP will be issued on a Compact Disc. Validated potential primes need to coordinate with the Government on a time they plan to pickup the Classified Final RFP on or about 8 April 2008 between 0730 to 1400. Validated potential primes must have two TS/SCI SSBI cleared personnel in order to receive the Classified RFP per SYSW courier instructions. This announcement also serves to notify industry that the government has posted the comments and updated documents from the 2 nd RFP release along with the draft model contract on FedTeDS.
