The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam intends to award to a responsible quoter for the service of one (1) Registered Nurse Case Manager. Travel, housing or relocating expense to Guam is not covered for this award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 (size Standard: $6.5 million). All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the field of Registered Nurse Case Manager services and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. Contractor shall adhere to all standards and regulations associated with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Contractor’s name, resume and photocopies of documents evidencing education and training must be submitted with the quotation. The contract period will be for one (1) year, June 2008 thru June 2009. Solicitation copy will be available on 17 April 2008. The anticipated receipt of quotes is 25 April 2008. No phone calls accepted. The solicitation is restricted to small business sources.
