To all recipients of the Prospectus, MOJA001, to operate the Beanery, a food service facility, at the historic Kelso Train Depot within Mojave National Preserve. Please note Modification #10 to the Prospectus, the modification can be viewed at http://concessions.nps.gov/news/cfm or a copy can be obtained by contacting Kim Gagliolo at (510) 817-1368 or kim_gagliolo@nps.gov. Any offer must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than sixty-three (63) days from April 1, 2008 in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract. The Prospectus will be issued on April 1, 2008, for a 63-day response period under the terms described in the Prospectus, with proposals due on June 3, 2008, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package.
