Please see attached for the Sources Sought notice and the Draft Statement of Work. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 812930 (Parking Lots and Garages) with size standard $38.5M. Note that if VA s pending market research establishes that two or more VOSB or SDVOSB, who are registered in VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) site https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, can perform services, VA will set aside the underlying solicitation per 38 U.S.C. §8127. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement or Request for Proposal (RFP) may be published on FBO, GSA eBuy, or both. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking sources for a contractor to provide parking management services in the form of an operating lease agreement for two (2) non-contiguous surface parking lots containing approximately 450 surface parking spaces known as the VA Barrington Village Parking Lots and located on the 388-acre West Los Angeles Campus at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90073.
