Notice of Solicitation of Submissions for Contractor Pre-Qualification The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting subsmissions to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build (D/B) services for the design and construction of Phase 1 of a New Office Compound (NOC). The project consisting of the design and construction of a compound to house the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), will be executed using two separate design-build contracts. This project may include site clearing, re-grading and shoring and the construction of a maintenance building, perimeter security, vehicular and pedestrian access control facilities, a parking structure and surface parking, site receational facilities, and Marine Security Guards Quarters (MSGQ).
