Description

USACCE-Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to purchase European specification non-tactical truck vehicles including tractors, stake trucks, refrigerator trucks, pickups and vans, which meet European manufactured vehicle standards, complying to all E uropean conformity requirements, laws & regulations; delivery to Germany and Italy. Subject purchase will result in a requirements type contract, with one option year against which delivery orders will be issued. The invitation for bid will include that bidders must meet all technical specifications of subject requirement. Evaluation criteria will be addressed in the solicitation package. Multiple awards are considered. The invitation for bid W912CM-08-B-0006 is anticipated to be issued on or about 1 5 April 2008 with an estimated closing date on 15 May 07. Subject solicitation will be published on USACCE Web site at http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check the FedBizOpps website and the Wiesbaden Con tracting Center website frequently to obtain further information and to obtain all solicitation material and any amendments. In accordance with the provisions of DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, Required Central Contractor Registration (NOV 2003) bidders must be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make bidders ineligible for award. Bidders and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov It is t he bidders/offerors responsibility to check the website daily in order to be notified of any changes to this solicitation.
