THIS IS AN 8(A) SOLE SOURCE SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT FOR HAYES MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC., PINEVILLE, LA. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing the crushed stone surfacing on the levee crown and r amps on the East Bank, Ouachita River Levee, in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. Principal features of work include grass removal; furnishing, hauling, placing, spreading, compacting and dressing the new crushed stone surfacing material; and environmental prot ection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
