The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Test Pilot School has a requirement for Flight Demonstration in the F33C Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft. Period of Performance for this training is 5 Apr through 08 Oct 2008. Due to the unique nature of this training and aircraft, the Government intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Calspan Corp.. The Qualitative Evaluation Program institutionalized within the USNTPS is a major facet of the curriculum that provides a wide variety of varying flying qualities and performances characteristics to the students. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
