Description

FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a small business set aside basis for a sole source effort pursuant to FAR 6-302-1, with the Gottman Institute?s Center for Military Relationships and Families of Seattle, WA for the development of a family resiliency program designed specifically for the NSW community located in the San Diego area. The resiliency program will consist of 3 pieces to capture baseline and serial information on human performance and overall well being, psychological, neuropsychological, psychosocial, physiological, lifestyle, financial and spiritual of members of the NSW community. To create useful support programs that can be used by service members and their families before, during and after deployments. A firm fixed price negotiated contract is the expected result of this acquisition effort. The NACIS code for this effort is 541720. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to so licit and negotiate with only the source listed above.
