Description

This project consists of 100% design site adapt and construction of site improvements and construction of facilities to support the Afghanistan Border Police in Afghanistan. The awardee shall construct two(2) BP Company HQ facilities in Badghis Province Afghanistan. Complete designs will be provided. All facilities shall be site adapt construction in accordance with current U.S. and International Building Codes and standards. This project is defined as the management, design, material, labor, and equipment to design adapt, construct and/or refurbish all utilities, roads, buildings, force protection measures, site security, de-mining activities, and other features as referenced herein.
