Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Home Medical Equipment to beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Erie, PA. Services are to be completed in strict accordance with contract requirements. Service area is the following counties: Pa - Erie, McKean, Warren, Venango. NY Counties - Jamestown, Dunkirk. Ohio counties - Geneva, Conneaut, Ashtabula. Contract period is one bade year plus 4 one year renewal options.
