N00253 NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER DIVISION 610 Dowell Street Keyport, WA
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only Gateway Mechanical Services Inc. will satisfy agency requirements for services needed in Nanoose Bay, B.C. at the Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Range Base (CFMETR) for the removal and installation of an A/C unit. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-08-T-0101. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
