Update: The Modernized Space Receiver (MSR) contract Call for Improvements (CFI) has been delayed. The CFI anticipated release date will be on or about 15 February 2008. This notification also describes how to gain access to the GPSW Bidder?s Library. Bidder?s Library Access: The technical documents required for MSR reside in the GPSW Bidder?s Library. There are several steps to take to gain access to the library, which may take up to two weeks to complete. Please follow the process below to request access to the library. All organizations that are United States or Canadian government contractors who wish to obtain access to the GPSW Bidder's Library must register with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) United States / Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) before applying for an online GPS Bidder's Library account. Please take a moment to register at www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal/. Contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. A DD 2345 form is attached for your convenience. This process may take up to 8 days to complete and there is a nominal fee. Responses from small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged. The NAICS code and small business size standard are 335411 and 750 employees, respectively. The GPSW Bidder?s Library web site is https://gps.losangeles.af.mil/gpslibrary/. This will take you to a screen that displays the following message.
