Deliverables.? The new wording is: ?NIST understands that there will be variation in the preparation of interim products and that no time schedule or list of work products can possibly anticipate all of the contingencies that can arise during the patent prosecution that require such products. Nevertheless, the following deliverable products have been identified for production and delivery to the intended recipients during this contract:?
